Once the industrial design is completed, Modulus engineers develop the required plastic injection molded components, machined plastic and metal components, metal stampings for battery clips, and custom user controls such as switches. Modulus has a fully equipped machine shop with CNC machines, which allows our engineers to turn around concept prototypes very quickly. Further, we also provide small production runs of machined components to support the assembly of product for animal trials or early clinical studies in order to defer a commitment to hard tooling to a later date.
