Establishing a collaborative relationship, transparency and a seamless line of communication with our customers is essential to the success of any project. Applying this philosophy, Modulus Program Managers work closely with our customers to ensure that the project is properly managed through each phase to a successful completion.

During the initial phase of the project, our focus is to be high touch with our customers in order to identify the appropriate contacts from both sides and begin to understand the requirements of the project. On a regular basis, the Program Manager ensures supervision and management of internal development & manufacturing efforts and provides progress reports to the customer. Additionally, the Program Manager serves as the single point of contact for the customer to address any concerns related to the project.
